Constructed from solid steel plate, these bulkhead doors feature double-locking rotating handles, rubber seals, porthole windows, and check valves to ensure a fully sealed environment. Additionally, MTS offers an airlock option for enhanced security and safety. The doors can be configured with a bulkhead mounting frame, allowing for walls to be built around the door, or without a mounting frame if a door cavity already exists, making them versatile for various applications, including ventilation doors.

The MST airlock features a standard two-door entryway (passive airlock). Clients can choose from various activation options for the airlock. Designed as a secure staging area, the airlock significantly reduces the risk of contaminants entering the refuge bay during an underground mine emergency. With the option to select either a normal entry or high flow entry airlock, MTS also provides a selection of bulkhead doors and ventilation doors, along with several optional add-ons to enhance flushing efficiency during personnel entry.
